Submittal of Electronic Media

A.  Because data stored on electronic media can deteriorate undetected or
    be modified without ms consultants, inc. knowledge, the Client agrees
    that ms consultants, inc. cannot be held liable for the completeness
    or correctness of the electronic data after acceptance of the
    electronic files.  ms consultants, inc. does stand by the accuracy
    of sealed drawings and printed materials that accompany this
    submittal.

B.  The submitted files are intended to work only as described in this
    agreement.  ms consultants, inc. makes no warranty as to the
    compatibility of these files to any operating system, software,
    or software released other than those stated.

C.  Any use or re-use by the Client will be at the Client's risk and
    full legal responsibility.  Furthermore, the Client will, to the
    fullest extent permitted by law, indemnify and hold ms consultants,
    inc. harmless from any and all claims arising out of or resulting
    therefrom.

D.  Due to potential modification of the data, ms consultants, inc.
    reserves the right to, at its discretion, remove all company names
    or logo of its ownership and/or involvement from the submitted media.

E.  For documentation purposes only, ms consultants, inc. will retain
    copies of the submitted media.
